Meet Keva

Since 1999, Keva Larthridge-Mack has used an interdisciplinary approach to assist individuals in overcoming the obstacles the prohibit them from experiencing happier, healthier and more empowered lives. Keva does this by assisting individuals in intergrating ancient wisdom and practices into their modern lives.

Keva's teaching style is "down to earth", dynamic, compassionate and humorous! It is this presentation style that allows her to connect with people from all walks of in a life affirming and authentic way. It is also this approach that makes her a highly effective teacher. Keva has taught at private homes, businesses, colleges and universities, spas, churches, wellness centers, conferences, battered women's shelters and Fortune 500 companies. There is no environment that she will not teach in! As long as the individuals are open minded and ready to grow, she is ready to teach!

Keva is a long time student and practitioner of natural healing and wellness, first being exposed to the discipline as a child in East Texas by her beloved, wise and inspirational maternal grandmother, Mrs. Allie V Williams! On her path to healing her own life, Keva has studied natural healing and spirituality from many beautiful and gifted teachers from many different backgrounds and traditions and she is greatful for each encounter! Keva holds professional credentials in Hatha Yoga, meditation, dance and movement, fitness, wellness and spiritual metaphysics. It is these disciplines that she utilizes to assist others in facilitating harmony in their own lives! In additional to earning various credentials in wellness and spirituality, Keva has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University-Commerce, is a licensed elementary educator in the state of Texas and holds professional level credentials in Finance.
